Website terms

These terms apply to the public SmartLingo website. Training services and platform access are governed by the relevant proposal, agreement, programme terms and data-processing arrangements.

About SmartLingo

SmartLingo Ltd is a private limited company registered in Scotland, company number SC828487, with registered office at 5 Gladstone's Gait, Bonnyrigg, Scotland, EH19 3GA.

Website information

We aim to keep programme descriptions, case studies and platform information accurate, but the website is general information and is not itself a binding training proposal. Scope, pricing, availability, delivery format and technology used in a specific programme are confirmed separately.

Case studies and results

Case studies describe real SmartLingo programme experience. Results vary by learner, attendance, starting level, role, programme duration and other factors. Programme-level statistics are not promises of a specific future outcome. Past clients are labelled where relevant.

Intellectual property

SmartLingo branding, programme materials, original website content and SmartLingo-specific learning frameworks are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Client names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Platform sign-in

Platform access is only for authorised users. Users must not attempt to access another organisation's, learner's or tutor's data, interfere with the service, or share access credentials inappropriately.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the public website is provided for general information and SmartLingo does not accept responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of website content without a specific programme agreement.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and disputes relating solely to these website terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
